SELECTED PRINT WORK

Although the glory days of phone book-sized magazines are long gone, it’s still fun to take on a print assignment—especially when it means there’s time to interview a subject in their natural habitat, like when I visited Christy Turlington’s facialist, sat in on a consultation at a fancy plastic surgeon’s office, or spent the day on set with a supermodel. Trying to make readers feel like they were there with me is a challenge I’m always excited to tackle.

 SELECTED DIGITAL WORK

I have a love-hate relationship with the internet and social media. I loathe falling down a Cardi B-is-getting-divorced rabbit hole when I should be doing something productive. Yet, I’m grateful for a space where diverse voices can be amplified like never before. If losing an hour or two on #timetraveltok is the price I have to pay to write about Fashion Fair’s lasting impact on the culture, Idris and Sabrina Elba’s skincare vision, and why Olympian Jordan Chiles is That Girl, I’ll take it.
